Who we are
Procura Management ("Procura", "we", "us") helps concrete, civil and earthworks businesses get ready for larger commercial, council and government work. This policy explains how we handle personal information. We aim to follow the Australian Privacy Principles in the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
What we collect
When you use the booking form on this site we collect your name, business name, mobile number, email address, your answers to the readiness questions (such as your trade, insurance and safety-system status and crew size) and anything you choose to tell us in the free-text box. If you email or call us, we keep a record of that contact. If you become a client, we collect the business information needed to build your documents, such as insurances, licences, project history, referees and plant details.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you about your enquiry, prepare for and run our call with you, assess whether we can help, provide our services if you engage us, and keep records we are required to keep. We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your answers for anything unrelated to your enquiry.
Marketing
We will only send you marketing messages if you have asked for them or would reasonably expect them. Every marketing email will include a way to opt out, or you can email us at any time to stop them.
Who we share it with
We use trusted service providers to run our business: Webflow (website hosting and form submissions), Google (email, calendar bookings and website analytics) and our client management system provider. These providers may store information on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. We only share what is needed for them to provide their service. We will not give your details to other contractors, builders or third parties without your permission, unless the law requires it.
Cookies and analytics
We use Google Analytics to understand how people find and use our website, such as which pages are visited, how long people stay, the general location (city or region) and the type of device and browser. Google Analytics uses cookies to do this. It does not tell us who you are, and we do not use it for advertising or share it with advertisers. Google processes this data on our behalf and may store it on servers outside Australia, including in the United States. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. When you first visit, a banner lets you accept or decline analytics cookies. If you decline, Google Analytics will not set cookies on your device. You can change your choice at any time by visiting procuramanagement.com/privacy#cookie-settings, by clearing this site's cookies in your browser, or by installing Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). Our website host may also set essential technical cookies needed for the site and form to work; these cannot be switched off.
How we protect it
We keep personal information in password-protected systems with access limited to our team, and we delete or de-identify it when we no longer need it.
Accessing or correcting your information
You can ask to see the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it, by emailing info@procuramanagement.com. We will respond within 30 days.
Questions and complaints
If you have a question or a complaint about how we have handled your information, email info@procuramanagement.com and we will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you can contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner at oaic.gov.au.
